I was listening to this radio commercial for a certain bank. They say about how other banks claim to have free this and that. That's most of the commercial. They claim they their bank has free ATMs. And it's free to use other banks' ATMs. Their whole commercial is to convince you that they are better than their competition because it is FREE to do everything. Then the last line of the commercial, said quickly, was "3rd party fees may apply". Whoa! So, it's not really free. But that was the whole point of the commercial.
