GTE sucks. Everytime I call them, I get a recording telling me to enter in my phone number and other information. First of all, I would think they'd have the technology to automatically know what number I'm calling from, but I guess that's besides the point. Anyway, so after a few minutes of entering my phone number and stuff, I finally get to talk to a real person. I was actually surprised. I figured that after all that entering of my phone number, that they'd tell me the office was closed or something. Anyway, the guy I talked to didn't sound very with it, but again, I'm digressing. Anyway, after already entering my phone number, the guy asks me my phone number. This always happens. I mean it's not the guy's fault. But they have this computer system so I can enter in my phone number, but this number does not show up on the guy I'm talking to's computer screen. I mean talk about bad customer service!
