Why is it that whenever a bomb goes off, people start to be totally illogical? "Today you have some people ready to die for religious or political ideas." says one person. As if it was never like this before. There have always been people willing to die for their causes. There have been wars and lots of horrible stuff, and people are so ignorant of anything that isn't in their immediate surroundings that they think this is something new. They ought to be happy that they live in a society where a few people, or even a few hundred people, killed in a bomb blast is big news. There have been wars which killed over a million people. A few bombs is nothing compared to that. In spite of all these bombings, we live in a society where you can still expect to live in a long healthy life more than most places in the world. It's a cruel world and today, we are so spoiled that we don't even realize it, and we think that the world is deteriorating whenever a bomb goes off. The world isn't any worse. We are just becoming more aware of it. It is hitting closer to home.
