Here I go again about Lucky supermarket. (see also 7/11/96 and 8/8/96) I got 2 complaints this time. I was at Lucky, and I was going to buy just one or 2 items, so I went in the express line. I pulled out my credit card. Some guy in line a couple people behind me, who was apparently in a rush, apparently got pissed cuz my card wouldn't swipe the first time. He went to another line. The cashier commented to me that that guy was going to give himself a heart attack. While this was happening, I noticed a sign that said "cash or check only" for the express line. I commented on this to the cashier that I probably shouldn't be using my credit card there. She was like, "no big deal". But I mean some other guy was in a rush and so he chose the express line, but had to wait cuz I tried to use my credit card. The cashier shouldn't have let me use my credit card. Same thing applies when someone has 13 items in the 12 or less line. They should have to go wait in another line.

Ok, my next complaint about Lucky is with those STUPID rewards card things. I'm waiting in line to buy my groceries and this guy in front of me in line is filling out this form to get a Lucky rewards card. He's writing in his address and other info. What a stupid system! If they have to have these rewards card, then the paperwork for them should be done somewhere other than in the line where there are 3 people impatiently waiting behind you. It's not this guy's fault or the cashier's fault. It's Lucky's fault for having such a stupid system.
